Sachi Gupta teams up with Ram Gopal Varma for Bhoot sequel

RGV, the very versatile director who has explored almost all the genre's in the film making from  psychological thrillers to underworld gang warfareroad movieshorrors, politician-criminal nexus, and musicals in multiple languages is perhaps the most busiest film maker in the Industry. He has just wrapped up with the successful release of multi-starrer flick Department, though the film did not attract huge audience however RGV has now taken up the new assignment of a new remake of Manisha Koirala starrer, horror movie

The most critical aspect which prevails invariably in all RGV movies is the characterization. With this movie on the cards, we are sure that RGV didn't want to take any chance with the designers & the stylists for the so called controversial comeback for Manisha Koirala. Never change the winning combination is the name of the game. RGV got one of the best fashion stylist Sachi Gupta, the most acclaimed designer from NIFD to head the sytling unit for the film. When contacted Sachi Gupta, she affirms that the original depiction of the character is something which RGV is very particular with. Anything below THE BEST is unacceptable. She further added that besides the support from the production crew, RGV is extremely supportive & a great mentor. He gives enough clarity about each sequence within the film which makes her assignment much trouble-free. He understands his business pretty well. He is the next-gen film maker. Our industry is perhaps not tamed to understand the intricacies involved in his films.

While we quite agree that RGV films are not for the masses & he is not into a commercial cinema. However, he has a very niche audience who has perpetually followed him over years & ofcourse we applaud arguably the most talented film-maker in the industry.
