Mumbai, Jan 18 (TruthDive): Creating waves with her sexy seductive ‘Oh la la’ from ‘The Dirty Picture’, Vidya Balan is all set to show her tantalizing moves yet again for an item song.
She will be doing an item number for her upcoming film, ‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’. In the song, she will be seen in an ultra-glam avatar. Special costume has been ordered for ‘The Dirty Picture’ actress.
Directed by debutant director Rajesh Mapuskar, Ferrari Ki Sawaari is being produced under the banner of Vinod Chopra Films.
Vidya said yes to Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Her association with the Chopra is from the days of ‘Parineeta’. She debuted with ‘Parineeta’ which went on to become a blockbuster. After ‘Parineeta’, there was no looking back for Vidya Balan.
“Vinod and Vidya share a great professional equation since her big break in Parineeta. Naturally, it was very hard for her to resist the offer,” reasons the source.
The item song, which is still a work in progress, is expected to be a major part of the film. It’s sure the track will be shot lavishly and will see Vidya go ultra-glam for it.
The source adds, “There’s no rush to shoot the song, which tentatively will be shot early next month. The team wants Vidya as involved as possible in the process. They’re trying to make her feel as comfortable as possible.” The item song is still in the process of scripting.
The choreographer has not yet been decided but the work is in progress. The song will be shot next month, in early February 2012, and meanwhile, Vidya is making herself at ease to get into the sensational avatar.
The song will be a major highlight of the Rajesh Mapuskar film.
