I'm okay being called bold: Mahie Gill

Mahie Gill is no more the girl next door. Now she is in the league of bold actresses.
Off late we have seen her doing quite a few glam and bold characters, whether it's in 'Not A Love Story'or 'Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster'. Ask the actress if she's focusing more on glam roles now and she says, "I am not focusing on glam roles, they are just coming my way. Moreover, I am not comfortable with doing such bold scenes but it's just that the directors, I work with, shoot such scenes so aesthetically that I can't say no. Even before ' Not A Love Story'got released, everybody was talking about the kissing sequence between me and Deepak Dobriyal. I told them first watch the film and see what it's about and then comment.
And you won't believe, after watching the film, nobody was bothered about the kissing scene as the content was so strong. The kind of directors, I am working with, are not the ones who could say kikissing yabold scene karna hai. They say it is required for the film, and if I am convinced, I leave it to them." So is she okay with the 'bold actress tag'? "I am okay and I happy with any tag as long as people are watching my film. I am okay with everything, but they should watch my films before making any comment," she says.
