Joker’ real 3D

While the 3D versions of ‘Ra.One’ and ‘Don 2’ were not considered up to the mark, the makers of ‘Joker’ believe that their film will bring lead pair Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha much closer to the audience than ever before. ‘Joker’ too is going through a conversion process just as ‘Ra. One’ and ‘Don 2’ did, but unlike these films, where the decision to go in for conversion was taken very late in the day, ‘Joker’ was announced as a 3D film right from the start. Shirish Kunder says that they shot with wide-angle lenses with full depth of field, which helps them to create various layers for 3D.
