Imran Khan speaks at length about his brand new Ferrari in a candid chat with Renuka Vyavahare
Imran Khan's been a Ferrari fan ever since he was 11. In an exclusive chat with Indiatimes, the actor reveals what it feels to own one.
"I was 11 when I received my first toy Ferrari. It was F-430. I fell in love with it and ever since I've always wanted to own a real one. I don't know about the date when it will be delivered to me but I have booked a Red & black one. It's asports performance package, where I have asked for a few changes. The machine is modified; seat covers as per my taste."
We ask if the Mumbai traffic would be a hindrance to which the proud owner smirked, "If I am stuck in traffic, I'd rather wait in a Ferrari."
Speaking on the price of the car, Imran denied it was worth 4.6Crores as reported. "It's not that much. I got a bonus from my films which did well this year. Delhi Belly and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan both made good money. So I thought of buying the car from the money I got from these films." On his first drive in the Ferrari, Imran hinted the possible destinations could be Alibaug, Karjat, Panchgani where he frequents quite often.
