When Ranbir looks Bengali/Shooting of Barfee begins in Kolkata
Priyanka Chopra began shooting for Anurag Basu's "Barfee" in Howrah today. Shooting began early morning at Mullick Ghat, the flower market of the city.
On Tuesday morning, Priyanka wrote on in her micro blogging site: "Shooting barfee full on now..in kolkatta.. love this city.. have great memories here..gonna OD on fish curry n roshogulas .. yum." (sic)
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor, who had attended the funeral of Shammi Kapoor in Mumbai, was also present at Mullick Ghat. What surprised many was his look. Dressed in a batik kurta and white pyajamas, Ranbir looked the quintessential Bengali that he is playing in "Barfee". Apart from Priyanka and Ranbir, Ileana Dcruz will also be joining the unit. Sources say Anurag will be shooting all across Kolkata with all his three actors.
